1. كيفية تقديم الطلب

1. إرسال طلب حذف إلى البريد الإلكتروني support@watiapp.ly.
2. ذكر أن الطلب يتعلق بتطبيق Wati-bot الذي يرد على تعليقات Facebook ويرسل الخيارات عبر Messenger.
3. تضمين بيانات تحقق كافية لتمكيننا من تحديد السجل الصحيح ومراجعة الطلب بشكل آمن.

2. بيانات التحقق المطلوبة

• اسم صفحة Facebook التي تم التفاعل معها، إذا كان متاحًا.
• رابط أو وصف للتعليق أو الرسالة أو الحجز المرتبط بالطلب.
• تاريخ أو وقت تقريبي للتفاعل.
• أي بيانات سبق للعميل إرسالها طوعًا، مثل الاسم أو رقم الهاتف أو الموعد، متى كانت لازمة للتحقق.
• أي مرجع أو معرّف متاح يساعد في الوصول إلى السجل المطلوب.

3. المدة الزمنية للتنفيذ

يتم تنفيذ طلب الحذف خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب كاملًا واستكمال التحقق من هوية صاحب البيانات. وإذا كانت هناك حاجة إلى معلومات إضافية، سيتم التواصل عبر البريد الإلكتروني نفسه قبل استكمال التنفيذ.

4. نطاق الحذف

يشمل الحذف، بحسب ما هو متاح ضمن تشغيل الخدمة، معرّفات Facebook المرتبطة بالصفحة، ومعرّفات التعليقات والرسائل، وأوقات التفاعل، والخيارات المختارة، وبيانات الحجز التي أرسلها العميل طوعًا. كما يتم حذف السجلات التقنية التشغيلية خلال 30 يومًا وفق سياسة الاحتفاظ المعتمدة.

1. How to submit a request

1. Send a deletion request to support@watiapp.ly.
2. State that the request relates to Wati-bot, which replies to Facebook Page comments and sends options through Messenger.
3. Provide sufficient verification details so that the relevant record can be securely identified and reviewed.

2. Verification details we may require

• The name of the Facebook Page involved, if available.
• A link to, or description of, the relevant comment, message, or booking.
• An approximate date or time of the interaction.
• Any information voluntarily provided by the customer, such as name, phone number, or appointment details, where needed for verification.
• Any reference number or identifier that may help locate the relevant record.

3. Timeframe for processing

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days from the date the request is received in complete form and the identity of the data subject has been reasonably verified. If additional information is required, we will contact the requester through the same email address before completion.

4. Scope of deletion

Deletion may include, where available within the operation of the service, Facebook identifiers linked to the Page, comment and message identifiers, interaction timestamps, selected options, and booking information voluntarily submitted by the customer. Technical operational logs are also deleted within 30 days in accordance with the applicable retention policy.
